Our mission is to improve education for children in Kenya. We believe in our motto: “No one can do everything, but everyone can do something.”

History and Background

JODA School Project in Kenya was created to improve education for children in Kenya.

It was started by teachers and others with lots of experience in education and organizing teaching in both Kenya and Sweden.

The project officially began in October 2024.

What Does the Name JODA Represent?

The word “JODA” means “to know” or “to understand.” It represents having a skill or knowledge that comes from deep understanding and personal experience.

It also stands for Justice – Opportunity – Dignity – Access.

Our Goals and How We Operate

The main goal of JODA School Project in Kenya is to support selected schools providing healthy lunches for their students.

We also start other projects. These include buying school uniforms, opening school libraries, install water tanks to collect rainwater and planting kitchen gardens.

Impact and Achievements

This program is simple, but it will greatly change the lives of these children. They will attend school regularly, eat a healthy lunch every day, and be more focused and active during lessons. This will also improve their chances of continuing their education and getting qualifications that can help them find jobs in the future.

“No one can do everything, but everyone can do something.”
